Hi! I’m working on a new birth announcement collection and no matter what I do I cannot get the kid labels I design to show up as “recommended” product. They are correctly categorized on the product but they only show up as “bonus” products.
I would also like to request other stationery items be included in the recommended for the birth announcement event suite because it seems like children’s/nursery stationery and thank you notes would tie in really well and be an easier add-on sale than nursery decor or toys.
Yeah I tried that. Didn’t work. It put it under bonus. When I changed the category to clothing labels it worked but kid labels does not so it seems to be an technical issue not of my own doing (for once ).
Yeah. It should include Baby & Kids > Kids Stationery > Kids Labels too. One actually IS a clothing label so that’s OK but it didn’t default to that when I listed it for sale. I’m probably investing too much time and brain into this! Appreciate you weighing in, @Sara_H !!
Just wait some minutes or do it a day later. I realized to set up a collection means, today start the “grid”, after 24 hours start sorting in the products you like. Then they appear on the right page.
