Occasionally I post a product to the forum using the provided HTML, the HTML works but the image is broken. I think it only happens with my front covers, but not all of them. I just posted a product; my front cover image was broken, when I edited the product to use Zazzle’s default front cover, it worked.
Is it my image file size? A forum filter wary of non-Zazzle made images? Any ideas?
I would say that a majority of the images I post in the “Show Me” Topic are my cover images and not Zazzle images. I’ve not seen that happening with mine. I just checked a few recent ones and they are fine.
No, I haven’t had that kind of experience. For me, it’s more of a general issue where a lot of images just won’t load during peak hours—no matter where, whether here in the forum or in the shop. Someone else also reported this as a bug. It seems to me that it’s all part of the same issue.
Anyway, I can see your cover images here; maybe you can’t see them, but the rest of us do.
