When I try to get to my chat messages it leads me to an error page: An unexpected error occurred while processing your request. Please try again later.

I have the same issue. I have been communicating with a customer, about a custom design and I told her I would send her the link today. Hopefully it will be working by tomorrow. All I get is the error message.

I have the same problem. I can’t access my messages with my computer, or Zazzle’s phone app.
