anyone else having this issue? cannot see “see it” on foil invitations
even if I create from scratch or transfer product

I’m working on foil invitations right now, and I do have a sell button. I have two that I transferred from the regular invite, and 3 or 4 I made from scratch, and they are all fine.
On second thought, do you have an envelope option selected? If it is set to “none”, you won’t get a Sell button. Occasionally I run into that.

yes it works! with envelope option selected as white
