Can't find sell button - using phone browser

I’ve been trying to sell my designs again after years of inactivity. Now when I make a design for something like an iPhone case, there is no option to put it for sale. Is this due to my Android phone’s browser?

Would the android chrome browser have something to do with it? I’m using my own design and I am not making a card.  I did not use any designer backgrounds or icons either.

I primarily use my smartphone so I was wondering if that was the reason since some features of websites could be unavailable in smartphone browsers.

  • I have not tried to design anything on the phone, so I am not sure. I do know that the iPad offers limited Zazzle functionality, so maybe this is also the case for the phone. Hopefully someone who designs on Android will chime in.

it’s may be application or site problem which is used by you. you should contact the administrator and help center.

Hi @JdaCapo I use my Android phone often but not in Chrome. I have good success with Firefox. If you can, I recommend you download that. Let us know how you do!

It doesn’t show the sell button in Firefox either. I have Android 11 on a OnePlus Nord N10 phone.

I just picked up my phone, to try to create a product and look for  a sell button.  I do not see a sell button.

I use my iPhone SE which I never use for creating and could not find the sell button either.  The same thing with Chrome.

I see. Hope that can be fixed someday because I would love to use the site or app to sell my designs. It’s just so nice to be able to list items on sites like eBay from my smartphone. Is that being worked on?

If you post about the phone’s missing sell button in the technical issues part of the forum, the mods will see your post. If there is supposed to be a sell button the phone application and the sell button is just not working, the mods will present that issue to “the team” that solves these things.

I am dealing with same problem because of android ,I think . Mine is Motorola e20 and sell button is not showing.
