Can't seem to create a second store

I’ve had a Zazzle Store (Forever Proud)) for ten years now. Small but steady sales through the 10 years.

I’ve decided to open a second store, and I’ve tried at least 10 times … maybe more … and I am unable to create the second store.  Not sure why that is. 

Any thoughts … suggestions …

Are you trying on mobile or desktop? Which browser are you using? And where are you creating your second store from (ie. member account?) https://www.zazzle.com/my/store/create ?

(I’ve not tried to create a store as I have enough 😂)

Reasons could be that the name you are trying to pick is already in use by somebody else

Thank you, Sara for your time and suggestion. 

I did eventually figure it out which had to do with how I was naming my new store.
