I am getting this message, when I try to upload an image.
Files you have selected could not be uploaded:
Server error
I am running a brand new HP laptop, Microsoft Edge and Windows 11. I have been uploading images for cover photos for 2 hours with no problem and it just started giving me that message.
I’ll get that message sometimes, drives me nuts. Whenever it happens I upload my image to Canva, download it from Canva and then upload it to Z with no trouble - Don’t ask me why!! Not the best solution yet it gets the job done.
The forum has been having server errors, too. It’s not your computer, it appears to be a Zazzle server problem.
I’ve had no problem uploading cover photos today (knock on wood), but connecting to the Zazzle community page has been hit-and-miss for the last 24 hours.
Thanks everyone. It is strange. Some of my images were uploading fine and others not. There was no rhyme or reason to the issue. @Laura I will remember the Canva hack!
