Hi everyone! I am new to Zazzle and am having trouble getting my categories set up right. I made a mistake and put products under decor when they should have been in their own category instead of a subcategory. I created new categories to move them but am still having trouble. Ex, I put bath & beauty under decor and kitchen & dining when I really want them in their own category. I just can’t seem to get it straightened out. I really need help. I can’t open until I get this sorted out. Thank you so much!
You can open your new store without having categories in place or properly sorted (most customers don’t actually visit your store). It takes a day (or two or three) for new categories to show up in the backend of your store. So, I create the new categories that I need, then I move the products into the proper category when it becomes visible in my store. Does that help/answer your question?
