Chat without any notification or message ... anyone else experience this?

Got an interesting chat this morning. Not only was there no notification of it (I just happened to click on Chat), there was no message in it, either.

I suppose this could be just a mistake on the part of the person who initiated the chat, but then again, it may not be.
Has anyone else had this happen to them?

I think it may have to do with the deletion and banning of chat spammers.

I had the same thing happen. I assumed Zazzle deleted the message, because it was Spam.
