Can anyone tell me how to space text under the hole in a round Christmas ornament? If you follow the green dash “safe” guideline and drop text/design below the hole, the ornament looks strange. I’m trying to do an arched line of text right under the hole and if I follow the guideline, the text looks too far down the ornament. I would like to move it up but I’m afraid it would be cut off when printing.
I put the arched text in two separate templates—one on either side of the hole. It looks much better. And, so far, it hasn’t confused customers. Or, you can just add the arched text at the bottom.
I’ve used WYSIWYG aka what you see is what you get on these round ornaments. If it doesn’t look right to you, keep trying something else. Also look for others in the Zazzle MP to see if they’ve accomplished something you’re trying to do. When I look, I also find other round ornaments to select from as well. Sometimes, that’ll work for me. But, getting visual ideas sometimes resolves my problems like this.
