Christmas Stocking Display Issue

I was working on updating some Christmas stockings and I noticed on Zazzle’s autogenerated in situ images that the back of all size stockings displays as white. They don’t show the designs on the back (for the two-sided stocking option).

I noticed the same problem last night as well. The in situ is also off-center. So I have no idea how to design. Should I design to the guidelines or to the in situ?

Christmas stocking issues were discussed also in April of this year. https://community.zazzle.com/t5/technical-issues/christmas-stockings-not-showing-reverse-side/td-p/201058Christmas Stockings not showing reverse side - Zazzle

Wow, this issue should have been resolved by now. These problems hurt Zazzle’s and our sales.

Since the time for posting these is quickly coming… any chance one of the Mods can weigh in? Particularly how we are supposed to design? Should we trust the template, or trust how the design looks on the in situ? Because it’s a really big difference. Thanks!

Just came here after seeing all my Christmas stockings are displaying incorrectly.  It’s almost the end of July and this issue has been going on for three months with no resolution or update from the mods.

Yeah, unfortunately it means I haven’t made any stockings this year so far. Don’t want to risk making them the wrong way. Some are just sitting in saved designs right now

I noticed the same issue with my Christmas stockings. They’re some of my best-selling products, and as I was preparing to create custom mockups, I realized that the reverse side isn’t displaying. Additionally, some of the personalized text appears off-centered, even though it’s correctly positioned in the design editor.
