Collections missing from international sites

Have checked .de/.fr/.at and normal collection types (ie not cross sell) are missing from under products)

eg

edited to add the collection that should show beneath the product
Cat Feeding & Water Supplies (france)

I reported a similar issue last year where all types of collections were missing.

Cross sell types are appearing as expected it’s the other types of collections (gift/similar etc) that are missing.

as an extra issue on .fr site, my creator name is missing when you click on my store name on the product page

It should say “par SaraH” as it does on the .com

I’ve checked other designers and noticed @ColsCreations on .fr is the same

Windows using Firefox - can confirm. Seeing same as @Sara_H: no collections and designer name missing from the pop-over.

Never had in mind it could be a issue, it looks like intentional. A lot of products are not available in all countries or with worldwide delivery. It feels like, if there are some, they are not there.
Also in some EU countries we use the DIN format, not letter, and have some products in DIN sizes.
The new templates are also not in the international shops, as far as I use the zazzle.de page, I am happy they are not there.

eta - some cross sell collections missing from .de but reckon it’s all part of the same issue.

Just tested it…. yes, they are. And for me it’s like a nightmare.
