We would love to have the ability to remove products in collections easily on an iPad or iPhone, as it’s so time consuming to try and do it as it is. Please!!

Yes please! I use my iPad exclusively to create and manage my store and that would be a great help.
@Zizzago a Bluetooth mouse and an Apple Pencil can help do some of the things you are asking, but it’s clumsy. Every now and then I have to drag out the old laptop to get rearranging products/categories done.
