Cover Photos Blurry

Recently, uploaded cover photos to my store appear blurry. The image is only blurry upon upload (not when viewing the file itself). Here is an example: https://www.zazzle.com/classic_black_elegant_photo_wedding_invitation-256894770709375223

Was there a resolution to this issue?  I’m running into the exact same issue.  Blurry cover photos regardless of file sizes. I can’t get any cover photos to come out clear.  It’s very frustrating.

Hi @LAH  , 

In order to prevent blurred imagery in cover photos, the original file uploaded must meet the minimum pixel requirements of 2048 x 2048. If you have done this and are still getting a blurred result, please feel free to pass along an example product link and we’ll be happy to take a look.

i also saw information somewhere that the minimum is now 1480 x 1480

regardless of size requirement i have had blurry mockups with both minimum sizes
