Creator Photo not saving at all

I have been trying to save a creator photo instead of a logo for the creator profile.  I know this has been reported and when I follow the threads it’s mixed in with the banner issues. I’ve had those same issues also. It seems like the banner issue was resolved, but not the profile image. The moderator has marked it resolved. 

I originally used a logo. Now, a photo will not save, and if I remove the logo image, it still reverts back to it.

I also sent an email directly to customer support and was told it was being worked on. But it’s still a problem.

If I understand correctly, if we don’t have an image of a person in the creator profile, our store will not show up i the market place?   Is this correct?

So now my photo shows up here.

It appears this may be not showing up on the back end. I opened a product link in a different browser and it shows up.

So I’m going to assume it’s ok.

I can see your new photo in the backend and public profile. You may need to clear your cache to see the updated image.

Thank you.   As long as everyone else sees the  photo and not the logo, I’m good!!!
