I have been cropping my template image directly using the crop tool (i.e. my image is vertical but image on template is square so it’s cropped accordingly) and now I am wondering if i should be cropping the image square BEFORE adding to template instead of using the crop tool. Asking this because when I have tested what a customer’s image would look like on the product, the replaced image gets cut off. I hope I am describing this correctly!

@James_H Just a thought — I think it would be helpful if there was a pop-up on the product page that appears when a customer replaces the template image with their own that lets them position their image within the template space if needed. That way they wouldn’t have to enter the full design tool to make adjustments, making the process a lot easier and user-friendly. Credit for this great suggestion @Cat_Ritchie
