Customer getting error message when trying to place an order

I’m chatting with a customer who wants to purchase one of my ornaments: https://www.zazzle.com/cute_barnyard_animals_farmer_girl_christmas_ornament-256072797541103459

She says she’s getting an error message that says an unexpected error has occurred and to try again. She has been getting this error for a few days.

Thoughts?

There seems to be an issue with the credit card they’re trying to use. I’ll leave a note for Support to reach out to the customer. If you’d like, you’re welcome to suggest trying a different card.
