Hi. Can someone please help me in getting used to this new design tool? I’m sure I’m missing something, but I can’t seem to find the option to customize a product after I’ve created it.
Even after I clicked on “Selling Options” and set it to my chosen options, the finished product does not show the customer a place to customize the product. What am I missing?
@A_New_View you need to view your listing whilst logged out to make sure you’ve set all the selling options correctly.
You’re doing nothing wrong - it’s just how it is now as far as I can tell.
logged in you’ll see “edit this design” on the product page
not logged in you’ll see “personalize this design” which once pressed will take the customer into the new design tool instead of it being on the product page as before.
