An item that sold yesterday, 3/17/25, Product ID: 256458852286221303, is showing on the back end as " Design change pending review". I have not made a change to the design.
I believe this has happened before, different products and to different “creators”, but I was unable to find the reference to it in the forum. Is it a wait and see what happens thing?
I may have change description and/or tags recently. I’ve be working on that, but it should not and has not affected other designs.
I’ve had a few items turn unexpectedly hidden on me and it turned out that quality control had flagged them because the color was out of gamut and wasn’t printing correctly. I don’t remember if they were flagged as under review or not, but I did get an email from quality control within a day or two explaining the problem and asking me to change the color. I have absolutely no idea if this has anything to do with your issue or not, but you might want to keep a close eye on your emails to see if anything shows up.
The “Design change pending review” has disappeared, but I still have no idea why it appeared in the first place. It would be helpful to know. @Cat I did not receive such an email, but received an email asking me to “Accept as Soltion” a reply.
Basically it says it would be helpful if I received an acceptable response/solution to accept the solution as that would be helpful. It did not refer to my issue or the content of my original post in the technical forum at all. Thanks for your response. I guess I’ll never know. I’ll watch to see that the order before this occurred is not canceled
Hi, just adding to this subject. I had this happen on a random recently sold item. I “chatted” with customer service last week and they said they would follow up via email. Didn’t get any info yet, probably holiday lag. But then the warning popped up on another recently sold item. The previous warning on the other product is also still there. It appears the items are still public and available but I can’t be sure.
Just wanted to comment in case others are also seeing this in their backend.
