Six days and counting. The only change I made was to enable a text template that I forgot to enable. My design has 100+ reviews, so I don’t want to lose those by creating a new product.
What’s taking so long? Thanks.

And what the heck is this “Spoiler Alert?” I didn’t choose this. And “Spoiler Alert” it’s ruining my post!
Why does everything have to be so unnecessarily complicated now, Zazzle? Geeze!
Yes I have about 4 that are at two weeks now. I think @Marcia and some others have as well.
You can’t enable a template that was mistakenly not enabled when the design was initially published.

Hi all,
So we dug into this a little more and have confirmed that adding template fields is not possible with the product edit/replace feature. This is exclusive to a first-time publish OR will require a re-publish of the product to take effect. Apologies this was not clarified sooner and thank you for keeping the conversations going so we could get to the bottom of this.
I think this may have changed since 2022, because I was able to make that change on an item last year. I suppose it could have been a fluke that it made it through.
Thanks for the mention, @jophb . I have around 14 that are still grayed out. And my “fixes” have nothing to do with enabling templates, as well.
