I don’t know how long that this has been an issue, but in my store’s backend and on the individual product page, the main visual element is missing and/or severely misaligned in 26 of my 107 products.
The designs are showing correctly in the Zazzle design tool, but vanish in the external view.
Because of this display error, potential customers are seeing a blank white product in my store and on the Zazzle marketplace.
EDIT: I played with personalization on the front end and the cover disappeared again. It seems like it *might* have something to do with if you have a “saved version” of the design that hasn’t been turned into a new product?
I found probably around 7 blanks on the back end of my main store, but only 2 of those were actually missing on the marketplace end a well.
I just clicked into the edit tool, then I exited. This fixed both of the listings.
Definitely still an issue, though. Many sellers probably don’t know they have this problem happening.
I have the same problem with several products. As an example, an invitation designed on September 3rd, first viewed yesterday: In my storefront, the design is correct. In the collection and opened in a private window, the preview is blank, but opening the file, everything is in place. So it seems that all the front preview images are actually affected.
I, too, am experiencing this problem. Several ties and some other products are showing blank on the store front but appear correctly when clicked on to go to its page. And other products on the store front are showing only partial images but then show correctly when one clicks on the item to go to its own page. Some however, don’t look correct even at that point. I first discovered this Sept. 4. I have made attempts to have it corrected but nothing has changed so far. I am going to try to add some examples below:

I dont know if this is also related but I am having image problems; editing a design, the template photo is cropped and aligned properly but when I go to preview it, it is off center
I have the same problem on many of my products, but I have also pictures very strangely modified with sub parts of my design that have disappeared: it’s really not a good moment of the year to do this kind of experimentation !
