I don’t know if this is maybe a Mac (Safari) issue, but this last week, on and off, and it’s happening constantly today, I have to refresh the page while I’m designing, if not, additions or changes don’t stick. It’s so weird.

Nope, also on Windows. Using Chrome. Especially the drop shadow tool causes freezing.

I’ve had a bit of freezing and delay this week as well. Even just on fonts. I’m also on a Mac, but on Chrome.

I’ve been having intermittent issues on Windows using Firefox. So I think it’s a site-wide problem, not on our end.

@Joanna This is an intermittent issue. Also please note that you would not see anything on a screenshot as you wouldn’t know whether it is working or frozen. So your question seems to be a standard response. Are you an AI?

I’m running into an error. I try to edit a product I made. I go to actions > edit details > product merchandising > change options > edit this design. Then the screen goes funny/white and nothing happens. I tried in Firefox, Chrome, and Safari, all had the same issue, and I tried other products too. I’ve never used this feature before so I’m not sure if this has always been the case for my account. Any idea what’s wrong?

when you click the sign in button and other widgets on the main page, nothing happens. It’s unclickable. I’ve tried firefox, explorer and chrome and also cleared cache and tried other laptop, still the same. When you scroll down also, some of the products at the bottom aren’t loading, just shows pure white.
