I have my digital royalty default set to my own chosen royalty, and before the close of the april changes , I set each of my digital products to my royalty , not only are most of them reverting back to zazzles default, which I have never used, some in at least one store have fallen way below in the 70% range which I can assure you I have never chosen.. what gives? The only option I have now is to hide everything and change them back to my default one at a time, since choosing multiple digital products AUTO puts in zazzles default .. why? I spend more time running around correcting issues than I should have to.

Mark, I have hidden all products available for digital download until I can get this fixed.. but I did make these 2 examples direct only to show the team - but this store is mostly at the zazzle default as we speak.. I tried to change it back to my default but it is not showing that it was successful, so I make everything hidden for now

I went through an attempted awhile back to fix this using the drop down for digital (this filter will show you what products are currently sold as digital) the minute I clicked it.. I got a message in a green bar, telling me ALL of my products were now set to digital .. and they set at the zazzle default.
When you are trying change things by the page of products, and you select multiple items.. like I did awhile back, it does something weird. so I just wanted to see which products were “eligible” for digital. I clicked that option and TADA, ALL of my products on the page were changed to allow digital.. I did NOT tell it to do that .. and when it does, it AUTO goes to the zazzle defaults .. I set my default to my choice in my account .. but once you’ve done it.. (clicked on “view eligible” products and zazzle auto “changes” those products to the zazzle default digital % ) where the products in my store ever got the 78.5 I have no idea..
.. there you are .. stuck .. you’re stuck till the 20th of the month ..

Mark - Any news? my auto default is NOT defaulting to my chosen digital % .. it is still defaulting to the zazzle default.. if I don’t catch it right away.. I end up in a mess - again.. ALSO when creating a new card, can zazzle PLEASE make the default be ‘NOT available for digital download’ rather than the pre-ticked box that allows digital download?
