Hi guys customer just contacted me . I have no idea how to answer her question. " I was wondering if my design will be saved to Zazzle to be used in the future if I want more products with your artwork." Does anybody know answer to this question ?
@ievaj Your customer can reorder from her account if they place an order and they should be able to transfer that design to any other product as far as I’m aware (if you have that option switched on)
So say yes, they will be able to purchase your design in the future (even if you delete it from your store - they’ll always have a copy of their order in their account)
