I haven’t been on the forums for awhile so if this is a repeat, my apologies. It used to be that when you edited the details of a product, for example the title or tags, you could see the changes immediately. I’m finding that is no longer the case. I’ve cleared my cache, logged out, and back in and the changes still aren’t there. Is this a known issue or am I the only lucky one it’s happening to?

Sadly, it’s been going on since around the beginning of the year. It’s very frustrating. It takes several days to show.

Oh, my goodness. Thank you for your response. I guess I’m relieved to know I’m not alone, but I’m disappointed that it’s occurring at all.

It also takes a minimum of 24hrs for in situ changes as well… I’ve been able to set blocks of time aside for spring cleaning and I’m getting the dreaded click and hold captcha that doesn’t even work… I have to take at least an hour break before I can start again.

i have just edited details. I today. I do not know how long will it take to show up the edited details .
It takes ages to change. I do not know how long will it take. It should be quicker.

ugh! I found an image that has the tags from a different design, I want to change it ASAP and of course it isn’t changing. Days? that is really sad! Do they eventually change? because this is a sold design and I don’t want to delete it.
I also tried logging out and back in, clearing cache… all that. No joy

Happening for me too.
It is now June 9th (almost 4 months later) and this is still a problem. is there any chance it gets fixed soon? I just updated tags and transferred designs to new products and cannot get the new updated tags to show on the product page, so I can’t tell if I just wasted my time or what.

then transferred the design to these products and the old tags are showing instead of the new ones I added.

Hoping Zazzle Moderator @Emma can let us know if “Edit Details” will go back to being updated immediately. It’s a great tool in making sure our tags and titles are working. Thanks in advance
