Editing Existing Design - Blank Page Freeze

Hello, 

I am trying to edit an existing design. When I click “Edit this design” button, it goes into a blank page and freezes.

Edit Details –> Product Merchandising –> Change options –> Edit this design –> Freeze on blank page (attached image below)

I see that this has happened before to others, but do not see a solution that works for me. Please advise.

I just reported that the ”Done” button on the Edit Product Details page is freezing, too.
