Are the equipment / production issues regarding tissue paper fixed? If not, I don’t want to waste my time working on tissue paper products until the issues are fixed.

What is wrong with tissue paper? I just added a bunch of designs to my store, and everything seemed fine.
Yes, it’s fine now. But tissue paper has been going in and out of stock, several times, for months now. It’s because of equipment / production issues.
