I can no longer share my designs to FB with image displayed. I get a zazzle card only forcing me to upload a poor quality downloaded image with the link. What’s going on. For maybe a month now.
same problem here. just shows up as a gray box with a picture of a camera

I also got a gray box when trying to share a collection with FB. Stills need to be looked into, but just to let you know, I posted it anyway to see what would happen and it appeared fine on FB.

Many thanks for passing along that screenshot. I’ve tried to replicate this on my end but was unable to, the Share to Facebook function is working as expected for me.
I am aware that there have been sporadic issues with sharing to Twitter as of late, our Team are currently looking into this. However, we’ll need a bit more information to further investigate the Share to Facebook issue you are experiencing. Could you please pass along an example PID that presents the issue shown in your screenshot above? Can you also confirm which browser/device you are using?

This is ridiculous! Do you not have an IT team that makes your site work? Every time I turn around I cannot do a simple link share. WHYYY? Not with the share function OR with the direct link paste. Can this problem not be fixed once and for all and just GD WORK! Do I gotta wait 24 hours after creation to market my stuff. What’s the secret to a functional shop PLEASE?
