Cool! But I do have a question: if a product in a collection was clicked on/viewed/sold from the mp or 3rd party, but not from the collection itself, is that counted in the collection stats? Looks like it might not be counted in those collection stats, after viewing my recent sales. Is that correct?
@Marcia No idea - better ask in the official thread https://community.zazzle.com/t5/general-zazzle-discussion/feedback-about-collection-stats-feature-in-the-collection-types/td-p/105096
What do the percentages up and down mean?
For the middle stat, CTR, it says it refers to the number of times a user clicked on a product within the collection but the stat is given as a percentage rather than a whole number. What does this percentage refer to?
Overall I’m glad you added this. I just need to fully understand what it’s telling me.
Thanks, @Sara_H – somehow missed seeing that thread!

Thanks for this update!
Nice to see which collections perform well and which don’t.
Would love to have a dedicated statistics page since many creators have 1000’s of products and 100’s of collections. It would help to get a quick overview of collection and product stats without clicking on each product or going through many pages.
I agree – I had, for example, two golf towels that sold on 9/12 and 9/13 – and it says that in the last 30 days I had zero orders. So, if that is the case, I’m not entirely sure what we are learning from those statistics.
Thanks! Love having the new stats! Is there a creation date somewhere on the new collection pages? And would it be possible to have a longer timeline? It would be helpful to know when my collection was created to see how it’s performing YOY.
And maybe a way to keep track if I’ve shared that collection when/where? To see if those shares are turning into clicks/sales.
Thanks!!
I really like it! I think over time it will help us see how many sales are actually driven by collections. Most of the sales I got recently, the collections are showing no sales, so I know that the customer must have found them in the marketplace, or from various marketing channels.
I would also like to be able to sort data so I could compare collection performance, like you can on the backend with individual products. Sorting by last sold, most sold, last viewed, most views would be great.
Awesome. Can we please also have a way to be able to sort by our best all time performing collections in the collections backend?
It’s the Click-Through-Rate which is the percentage of users who view the collection and then click through to a product page. So if you have 10 people viewing the collection and only one of them clicked through to a product, the CTR would be 10%. The up and down line would depend on whether you had more views or more clicks through to a product over that time. Eg. if you get more views within that time period but no clicks, it will go down. If you get more clicks compared to the number of views, it will go up. So if I have 10% CTR now and another customer views the product today and clicks through, it should go up. If they don’t click through, it should go down.
Yeah it is good, but I don’t think it’s accurate, I wonder if this stats is only on collection. not the individual products. if the stats is base on individual products. then I don’t think it’s accurate. but if it is collection. then maybe.. I don’t know.
That makes sense. Thanks for the info.
How do you get the stats not to be 0, 0, and 0? Do you add it to pinterest? Do you pretend it’s something zazzle likes like wedding envelopes when it’s really a bunch of products featuring cats? Where do you start? Are the keywords supposed to be one word or a bunch at a time? I’ve been trying to optimize hidden products by redoing the keywords though I’m not sure it works. I need a starting guide that’s step by step with clear advice not up your seo with your roi and then take the % off the 90210 and be sure to factor in your blt chart but only if you are a taurus with mercury rising.
@TShirtfort I wish I had answers for you. Most of my collections are 0,0,0 (I’m Aquarius with scorpio rising)
Hi Marcia, great question. For right now, we’re focusing on the MP channel for this, so we’re tracking clicks etc via the product page only (The collection carousel under the main prod).
Thanks!
