This IS fantastic!
(For anyone else wondering exactly what’s changed here, we can now re-size and re-position layers that are underneath other layers without having to drag them to the top, edit, and drag back under where they belong.)

All that’s left now is to afford the same ability on the product page for customers, a notable instance being where a replaceable image sits beneath a frame so they can adjust size and change position.

THANK YOU!!! This is one of the greatest improvements EVER!!! No more having to lock all the layers above, just to move one little element! And of course, moving images under frames!

Thank you. Sometimes I had to bring a layer all the way to the top just to apply some changes on it… Then move it back.

Thank you so much for this upgrade! Always drove me crazy having to hide layers so they wouldn’t get activated but then having to guess about design moves with parts unseen. This should make things much easier.
This update saves creators a lot of hassle! Very happy to see it!
I was just saying last night I wish there was something they could do about this. I think this will be a huge time/frustration saver. Although personally I have not noticed it yet. Is it rolled out for everyone yet? Or perhaps do i need to clear my cache?
Yes, everyone has it. Check one of your products that has multiple layers, click the bottom layer in the layers list on the left, and then try moving it on the design surface. You should be able to move it without another layer being affected.

Thanks for the new layer upgrade it’s so amazing and easy to work with 
But I’d like if you add another option : opacity colors, help more to create effects & amazing designs,
