One of my four main stores was stuck at Zrank 3. The other three stores are at 5, 5, and 6. I finished the tenth collection and promoted them. It took two days, but now it is at 5. Jumped over 4. So, if you are stuck at 3, and I have read several comments from others who are, finish 10 collections. Nine is not going to do it.
