‘Large’ size gift bags in the new ‘Design Editor’ mode, have a constant flickering scrolling arrow. 😣 It’s positioned over the ‘Background (Front)’ preview.
Yes I experienced this too on a different item. If you re-size the screen to a certain size it goes away. So it’s something to do with when it being too close to the chat button.

Thanks @jophb ! It was really bugging me. It only seems to be a problem at fullscreen.
