I got a message saying someone followed me. I noticed my # of followers seemed the same, and could not find that person as a follower. I know it’s a possibility the person could have changed their mind and unfollowed me but because there has been a problem with Likes not showing in our stats (for months now), I thought maybe this could be a technical issue.

Hi, Yesterday I got a notice thru the bell at the top right, when logged in to my account/shop, showing that I had a new follower. I went to my followers tab to check, and confirmed that it had increased correctly, by one, showing the name of the follower. This at least lets you know that it is sometimes working correctly.
As you said, since you had a message with the person’s name, but not in your followers list, they may have unfollowed. Or you may be right that it is a tech issue. Least likely possibility is that it is slow showing up on your followers list. Unless it shows up soon, it is probably a mods issue to hand off to tech.
