Fulfilment quality control issues

I am posting to highlight a serious fulfillment/quality control issue that recently led to a 1-star review on my store.

A customer ordered a backdrop (80x80 tapestry) for a time-sensitive event. When the package arrived, they received a completely blank white sheet instead of the printed tapestry.

After contacting support via chat, they were advised to re-order the item immediately so it would arrive in time. They paid again for a replacement order, only to receive a second blank white sheet.

This is clearly a manufacturing/fulfillment error at the production facility stage, not a designer error. Sending a completely unprinted sheet, twice in a row, indicates a breakdown in basic quality assurance before packaging and shipping.

Because of this error, the client was left without their custom backdrop for an important event and left a 1-star review… As designers, we rely on Zazzle’s print partners to maintain basic quality checks, especially on high-ticket, time-sensitive products.

Could someone from the Zazzle team please investigate what happened with the print file/vendor for this product line and check why quality control failed to catch unprinted blank material twice?

Is anyone else experiencing similar issues with their tapestry/backdrop templates?
