I am unable to access Chat to respond to a customer request. I keep getting “Request Error” and am unable to access chat to respond to my customer. I tried logging out of Zazzle and rebooting my system and still get the same Request Error. I use Google Chrome and Windows 11.
Problem seems to have resolved itself. I just got into chat and responded to my customer. Thanks!
