Getting error trying to add a binder to a collection.

Is anyone else having trouble adding binders to a collection?  At first I was getting an error adding multiple products, but then it narrowed down to this binder: https://www.zazzle.com/professional_veterinarian_iconic_designed_3_ring_binder-127590730877013155  to go into this collection:  https://www.zazzle.com/collections/veterinarian_gifts-119532428315401179 

I tried yesterday and thought maybe it would work today.  Hopefully, it can get worked out.  I’m not sure where the techs are on fixing other glitches in collections, but just thought this was peculiar.
