I am creating several gift bags for different ages and whilst some were displaying the background I have created this one that has the background in the backend but isn’t showing up on the product for sale? Can you look into this please thank you. This is the product with the issue sides are black but file has 60 around it. Second is to show what it should look like.

Scott said yesterday that they were having issues with the design tool and displaying them on the saved design page so maybe it’s something to do with that?

Thanks for the reply. I did look at that before I posted as similar but the Zazzler posting said his issue was related to his service provider not a Zazzle issue unlike my bag! Hopefully someone will look in to this glitch for me soon.
It’s a strange glitch for sure
