Greeting Card modifications saving but not changing

I was cleaning up my Greeting Cards yesterday (changing some images, adding a banner with QR codes to the backs, changing the size of some, etc). Saving then selling and getting back that the products were posted. Today I went back to review and continue on; unfortunately, some changes took and many others reverted back to what they were.

Anyone else having similar issues?

Are you using the Replace Product feature? I’ve noticed this happens a lot, but eventually the changes seem to go through.

Sorry to hear about this. May I please ask you for some more info? 

As Connie mentioned, were you using the Replace feature or just editing product details? If you have some example product IDs that would be great too.

I just go in and modify the existing product and then Sell it; what is the Replace Product feature?

Here are some examples of those that worked and didn’t (plus a couple other questions) and I’m not sure what the Replace Product feature is, I just go in and modify the existing product and then Sell it.

Veggies Greeting Card

  • Confused about this product Greeting Cards to the other two above (different prices and my QR code Banner looks much smaller than the others_all the cards are 5”x7”)
  • How will I know if my QR Codes Banner will work at this size?
  • Notice on this card that Zazzle did not add the product QR Code, instead, there’s just the Z on the back of the cards; on the other cards that worked Zazzle did add the product QR Code.

I’ve gone through 112 cards (there are some dupes because the system was glitching and I thought my changes weren’t working, so I did them again).  I’ll await a reply from you before I go through everything again to repeat adding my QR signature to the backs of the cards that still don’t have the banner. And, please let me know if I’m doing this incorrectly.

Hi @LDS222 ,

I took a look at the design above and they seem to have updated from what I can tell. You can add a QR code to the veggie greeting card using the QR code feature in the design tool. The Creator Credit on the back of this particular card does not appear to be available as an option.
