Grouping products

Greetings everyone!

I requested to group products for a red/blue design theme. The site specified 48 hour wait time. They finally have been group a month later. 

Also, It also takes one week plus to change products category.

Has anyone experience the same?

I think you’ll find in this Technical Issue forum that many people have been experiencing the same issues. You can read other peoples posts. It’s not normal and it is a known issue to Z.
