Hello everyone!
I’d love to hear your advice or recommendations for courses. I’ve been on Zazzle for a while. Like most people, I started with just a few small sales (pennies), then moved up to $ and then $$. Sometimes I struggle with consistency, but I keep making an effort to stay active. Now, I really want to reach the next level $$$ (thousands).
This post is to ask: What was the turning point that helped you move from $$ to $$$? If you can share your experience here, that would be amazing. If you have resources like a PDF, book, video, or guide—even paid ones—please share them. It would be great to build a library of resources that everyone can access for free or paid advice, or even consulting services.
I should mention that I’ve already invested in some courses, but I haven’t achieved the results I want yet. I also find it easy to lose consistency on my earnings. As the saying goes, everything starts with yourself. I would like to share some advices that might help beginners, and I’ll probably create more materials later to share here, because life is a dynamic of giving and receiving.
Tips for beginners:
-
Build a schedule. In the long run, resilience and consistency matter more than quick wins. A schedule helps you gather experience and avoid burnout.
-
Start with one store only. Set it up completely and decide which customer segment you want to serve.
-
Focus on evergreen niches that are well established on Zazzle (10,000+ search results). Choose products accordingly. Don’t get overwhelmed—start with 5-10 products that people buy most often, covering low, medium, and high price points.
-
Open a Pinterest account join Zazzle affiliate program. Many recommend starting with a business account, but I suggest beginning with a personal one exclusive to your business and being consistent. Start with 1 pin per day in your first week, then increase gradually until you reach 5 pins per day. If possible use automation tools so your pins run in the background while you build your store.
-
Keep in mind: every ~25 new products you post, Zazzle seems to refresh your store. This helps them detect new products to show to customers. But they also detect spam, so be honest with yourself—can you really create 25 original products per day with unique designs, titles, descriptions, and tags? If not, maybe focus on 5 designs with variations for example.
-
Stick to your schedule for at least 3 months. Observe your results (sales/views), analyze them, and replicate what works. Duplicate successful strategies and scale them. I recommend to have 100 products by the end of the first month, each product should belong to a collection and you should have around 20 collections
I’ve used this method to grow different stores from zero to $$, and I hope it helps you too!
