Inside my collection Puzzles , I have puzzles that are both vertical and horizontal in style. However, some of the horizontal puzzles, even if I have set them to display horizontal, still display vertical inside the collection. It’s rather frustrating. Some display properly and some don’t, even when I have them all set to how I would like them shown. Here is an example of what it looks like on my end:
I chose the product to be displayed horizontally, but it looks like this in collections, despite the settings:

What is suggested to fix this?
I could download the puzzle product image and re-upload it as a product cover photo but I don’t think Zazzle would be too into the idea of redundantly doing that. If this could be fixed on their end, there would be no need, however that would probably work.
