How do designers get help with resolving an issue (technical issues, payment issues, WBEN issues, forum issues, etc.)? I’m posting this out of frustration with the lack of response and help designers often receive when they’re trying to resolve various issues.
Last week I tried using Zee to trace my missing Zazzle check. Zee couldn’t help me, so it tried to connect me to a human. No human ever responded. So I left a message. I received no response to my message. So I left a second message several hours later. Still no response. So I posted on this forum and did not receive any responses from forum moderators. So I flagged first one moderator, and then later I flagged a second moderator. My check was 15 days late. And no one from Zazzle ever responded to any of my requests for help. (My check has since arrived.)
This is unacceptable. And the lack of response shows me how little Zazzle values their designers. This is a continuing issue that needs to be addressed and resolved. Zazzle, you can do better than this.
I feel your pain, I had a massive incident which cost me a couple hundred dollars in commissions, I received a vague reply acknowledging the problem and after 30 hours they began fixing the problem, with the promise of a follow up, it’s now been three weeks with me sending multiple messages with no reply with my store still not operating as prior to the incident.
I’ve just sent messages over a week ago with no response. Once it took them months, but at least I got an answer finally with that one. I’ve wondered before if they need csr help. Looking at some of the customer reviews, I think they might. Out of curiosity, I even checked their available jobs thinking that if they were hiring and short on help, that would explain it, but I didn’t find anything. To stay afloat in the online world these days, questions from both designers and customers need to be replied to within 24 hours. Ideally sooner.
Last time I did the help ticket I was routed to the normal customer service (even though I put creator issue). It’s been a month and I still don’t have a fix. That used to route to the creator team, not sure if that’s a new change or mine was a fluke.
I have. Make sure to choose “seller” or they’ll offer you a refund or discount ha! It still takes weeks sometimes (or months with a specific case I had with the API)
Hi @jadendreamer13 , i looked into this for you as we do want all users (customers and creators) to be able to contact us and get help with anything, so I’m sorry to hear that there was no response. I will say that I can only see an email from you on 8/25, but by then your check had thankfully arrived as you mentioned above. I don’t know why the “leave a message” didn’t actually leave a message for us but will look into this deeper from our end as we don’t want to miss important and sensitive inquiries like this. Thanks for your patience and I’m glad the check finally arrived.
@jadendreamer13 I got support through chat box, speaking directly with Zazzle agent live, leaving a feedback and writing directly to Zazzle support. I always get help, sometimes it gets a while though, but I would suspect they are very busy with supporting many thousands of designers around the World so I don’t hold that against them. I think it’s up to me to pursue help I need.
I’ve had an issue in the past and called thier 1800 #, they were friendly and helped me. (Copy and pasting below info : ) Hope this helps!
