I can’t figure out how to edit my username. I don’t see it anywhere under My Profile.
ETA - was this “How To” forum the correct place to ask this question?

Good Morning Cat! I suspect its as it is in Zazzle Site, once it’s entered, it’s there for life. So I suspected that and thought very carefully what I wanted my profile name to be, I am so glad I did.
BTW haha, I could’nt find how to reply to your post at first, then I clicked on the headind(underlind I think) and voila! It’s confusing here at first but I find myself coming back to look! 
Hmmm… I wish I’d known that when it asked me to create a username - I would have chosen much more carefully. It’s not a huge problem, I just wanted to add my store name to clarify who I was. Guess I’ll just have to remain nebulous!

We can add signatures now (go into your settings) that will appear in our posts. You can use that to let people know who you are.

Hmmm… well, that wasn’t what I expected. Guess I’ll try again.
Hopefully we can change it. I forgot the “s” at the end of designs haha, ugh, wrong time for a typo. If I knew it was going to be so permanent I would have been more careful.

I don’t think we can make clickable links for the signatures. Not sure if Z meant for us not to or they just haven’t allowed for HTML in the signature line yet. You could just use the new posting features and add your signature with each post/reply.

OK so… apparently if you add a signature, it applies it to all of your past posts in addition to future ones. It is a little bit confusing though because there’s no delineation between the post and the signature. So, I added a line (a bunch of underline characters) above my signature and that seems to help. Guess it’ll have to do for now!

In addition to the signatures that Gina mentioned, we will be updating member profile pages (on this community) to include a link to the (Zazzle) member profile page. In the future we hope to add some better integration between the two so that it’s easy to figure out who is who.

I am unsure if we’re able to modify the username. I can’t update them from my end, at least.
The general idea with usernames is that they’re unique, and sometimes that means that they cannot be changed. I’m working with the team to figure out some method to allow users to update their name in the case of a typo or whatever.

I kept getting an error message when trying to register my username but I see it is showing up now so I guess it went through. I made it consistent with my other social media presence rather than my shop name, Anderson_Designs.
I was able to use basic HTML in my sig box to make a clickable link and change the size & color of the text. Cat is right, though - need to add spacing at the beginning otherwise it blends right in as the last line of a post. Going to play with making a decent sig later.

Likewise. I was just trying to get to the forum so just typed something in to get past that first screen. Took me a few minutes to realize this site has its own settings to set up a signature, but took your cue and added a line of underscores above it. Guess I’ll see how it all turned out once I hit reply.
Huzzah! That worked out ok. For anyone else who may have trouble finding the Settings here, it’s in a dropdown menu that appears when you click your profile pic at the top right of the page. (I was initially trying to find it under Options which is also top right but below the banner image.)
How do you change the colors on your signature? I tried and it said it was invalid HTML.

Yes! I made the exact same typo and called myself KeeganCreation instead of KeeganCreations and now I’m stuck with it (put it in correctly for a signature). Hopefully we can both add that missing “s” at a future point.
Scratch that. This post didn’t seem to have my signature despite my putting it in the settings. Oh well. At least I found the Edit Post part (it’s that dropdown arrow top right for any who haven’t found it yet)
