How do I make the foil cards?

I haven’t made one in a long time, and I assumed the process would be the same. I started a foiled postcard but when I add text or an image I don’t get the foiled look for text tor the etched/dots etc. for the image. I don’t can’t find the button or anything that would turn that on.

I took some time to read the FAQ and watch a couple videos and it looks like the text just converts and the image should have the popup for etching,etc. 

Has that changed?

I glanced at it, from what I tested, Copy your text to the front foil layer (which should be the next layer down…..
