How do I unsubscribe from topics? I can’t figure out how and keep receiving notifications to topics I didn’t subscribe at all and which are not replied to me personally but to the topic itself on Show me board.

If you have ever posted in a Show Me - it will auto change to “tracking”
Change it to normal and you’ll only get a notification if someone mentions your @ name or replies to you directly
edited to add - check your notification preferences too - you can play about with them
