How to contact support as a creator

Hello,

As one of the Zazzle creators, is there another way to contact customer support if there’s an issue with my listing? I rarely contact customer support, but I’ve noticed so far (I’ve been on Zazzle since 2017) that as a creator, I can only contact customer support by being identified as a “customer.”

Do other creators also experience the same thing?

there is a link on that page….

you can also call and talk to a customer support rep who will notate your issues and pass them along to the correct team.
