How to title 2 sided clothing

I’m trying to figure out the best keywords or description of clothing that has designs on the front and back. of course, it seems like the easiest/obvious thing is just to list them “Front and Back”. But I would like any advice from others. Keywords and/or product name tips would be great. I can use AI, but a human response would be better.
