I’ve been puzzling over the difference between a how-to and a tip. Shouldn’t those two subjects actually be just one?

The way I see it is the how to is if someone has trouble figuring something out like how to get portrait orientation on a poster, and the tips section are things people would like to share that makes designing on Z easier or faster
I think they’re so close that we’re likely to see tips in hows and hows in tips.

At one point, I thought maybe the titles should be
Tips and Tricks (for something I discovered and would like to share with forum users), and
_How Can I (_for questions about how to accomplish a simple task on Zazzle.)
One would be telling, one would be asking. With the current titles and no direction given as to how to use forum sections, there’s effectively no difference because people posting in the threads have no idea as to which is the proper place.

Ask a Question is a place where you can ask anything.
Share Your Tips and Tricks is where you can share knowledge and information with others.
Yes, this may mean that useful information may live in one of the two sections above rather than its traditional location (Create, Promoting, etc), but we aren’t going to improve by staying the same. By allowing users the freedom to ask questions, and by providing a place for people share their knowledge, we believe that the community will become a much more fantastic resource for everyone.
