‘Peace be upon you. For the past year and a half, I have made only a single sale, and I have become discouraged. I would appreciate it if you could share my products.’ I used Google to translate your heading for others like me who can’t read your Arabic entry. Sorry to hear that you are becoming discouraged. This is definitely a hard business to break into but you can find a lot of great advice in this forum on promoting and best practices for descriptions, keywords etc. Hang in there and good luck!
Thank you for your advice. I have one question. If I keep creating a lot of new designs and products, will that help increase my visibility in Zazzle search, or should I focus more on improving my existing products? I’d really appreciate your advice.
Thank you again for your advice. I have one more question. If experienced Zazzle designers share my products, could that help me get my first sales, or does it usually not make much difference? I’m just trying to understand how the marketplace works.
It’s not the quantity of products that counts, it’s the quality. You’re competed against a million other designs, so yours have to be the very best or exactly what someone is looking for. Sales are one thing that help your products move up in the Zazzle marketplace and in order to get sales you’ll likely have to promote your products on social media platforms. Other designers sharing your designs could help but only if your products are something a customer really wants and something others feel is worth while promoting. So, once again, concentrate on quality and promote yourself. Learn everything you can about design, about how to use keywords and descriptions to best advantage.
