I’m having trouble creating patterns (designs) on socks. The product itself is fine, but when I upload it, run a test, and change the image, the pattern shifts or changes. Is anyone else currently experiencing this issue? It is worth noting that these are new products, whereas older socks—created using the same method—work perfectly when the image is changed. I’m not sure what is causing this problem. If anyone has encountered this issue and managed to solve it, please let me know. Thanks.
@ZarahAli when you say “older socks” do you mean the socks that were discontinued or are they the newer sock blank?
If you can share a link to one where it’s not working as expected (you can publish and set it as direct only) I can take a look at it
I was referring to the version of that component I created and uploaded previously; it works perfectly. However, the version I uploaded today isn’t performing well; when the image inside it is changed, it repeats in a strange way. I’ve hidden the products until I can resolve this issue.
@ZarahAli I’ve just been testing your socks and they seem to work. You’ve removed the background of artwork (face socks)
When I add a png - everything fine and all images change
and when I add an square image
you’ve not used the tiling option which is why some are different sizes when you originally placed the faces
You have to make sure you place the templated image exact side by side when you are “hand tiling” by eye and not overlay the layers and make sure they are all the same size.
